I am a confident individual and I can work as well independently as I do as part of a team. As I completed
GCSE's in Mathematics and English 18 months early, the academy I attended for secondary school decided I
would be best served concentrating on core subjects in sixth form, which allowed me more study time to gain
the qualifications needed for higher education. This opportunity allowed me to gain a place at Leamington Spa
College studying BTEC Music Technology Level 3 and finish the course within the first year. I'm looking for a
full-time job that will allow me to progress up the company ladder while meeting new people and creating new
relationships whether it be professional or as friends.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Customer Assistant
Argos - Banbury - October 2015 to December 2015
Responsibilities
My responsibilities ranged from stacking shelves in the stockroom, to working on the tills and navigating the
shop floor to help customers in any way I could.
Accomplishments
I contributed to making sure items were ready quickly and safely in order to minimize customer waiting times
and maximize the efficiency of myself and other employees around me. I also helped to make customers feel
welcomed and appreciated when browsing or purchasing items.
Skills Used
I learned how to efficiently move items from one place to another within the stockroom and main shop floor,
as well as being trained on the tills and headsets to allow me to confidently switch roles within the workplace
if needed.

Teaching Assistant (Work Experience)

My role as a teaching assistant consisted of teaching children between the ages of 6 and 11 in art, mathematics,
reading and writing. I was also teaching guitar under the guidance of a local education authority peripatetic
tutor.
