THE O.A.S WILL TRY TO HAVE THE RING RAKED.
(In case the volunteer is not able to rake the ring the harrows will be on the grounds for your use)

HORSE BARN INSIDE BOX STALLS $10.00 PER STALL, PER DAY ______
(Shavings are not supplied by O.A.S.)

RING RENTAL FOR YOUTH CLUBS PUTTING ON A YOUTH EVENT FREE OF Charge.
-All horse trailers must use back entrance. No horse trailers permitted in through front gates
located on Oliver Road.
Horse trailers must use parking lot on south side of ring only.
- Camping trailers and campers must park in front of parking lot behind bleachers. Those
requiring power must provide their own extension cord, a $10.00 fee will be charged to every
unit plugged in per day. Plug in fees _______________
- All vehicles are to use parking lots, no parking on lawn and barn areas.
- Picnic tables will be available upon request free of charge. # of picnic tables ____
-It is your clubs responsibility to manage all aspects of this event.
It is also the Clubs responsibility for garbage removal following the event.
The garbage is to be removed from the garbage bins, Please tie the garbage bags and put them in a
stall in the horse barn so no animals can get into the bags and drag it around the grounds, Thanks!

Separate damage deposit cheque of $200.00

At time of booking a $200.00 damage deposit cheque. This cheque will not be cashed if the grounds
and barns are not damaged and cleaned. If you would like the cheque returned send a self address
envelope with a stamp.
