Reports for Land Use Management (LUM)

Use
There are various reports available for Land Use Management (LUM) in the Flexible Real Estate
Management (RE-FX) component: You can run reports on the following master data objects:

Parcel

Parcel update

Land register

Joint liability

Notice of assessment

Integration

Prerequisites
You made settings in Customizing. For more information, see Information System (RE-FX) .

Features
Parcels
Using this report, you can report on parcels based on owners and holders of land lease rights. For
example, you can request an overview of parcels that are held based on land leases.

Parcels Easements
Using this report, you can get information on parcels that are affected by easements. You can distinguish
between dominant and servient tenements, and list parcels that were deleted.
Parcels Development Planning
You can use this report to evaluate parcels that are subject to development planning. You can limit the
type of public register for this report.
Parcels Contamination
Using this report, you can get information on parcels that are affected by contamination or non-hazardous
waste. You can limit the report using the type of contamination and the date that cleanup was completed.
Parcel Updates
You can use this report to get information on parcel updates.
Predecessor Parcels
You can use this report to get information on predecessor parcels. The system lists predecessor parcels,
as long as they can be individually identified. The system ends the report if there are two predecessor
parcels for any parcel.
Successor Parcels
You can use this report to get information on successor parcels.
Land Registers
You can use this report to report on land registers.
Land Registers Joint Liability
You can use this report to get information on entries on the Section III tab page of the Land
Register master data object. You can limit the report by selecting joint liability numbers.
Joint Liability

You can use this report to get information on joint liabilities entered in the system.
Other Public Registers
You can use this report to get information on other public registers.
Notices of Assessment
You can use this report to get information on notices of assessment.
Notices of Assessment Municipal Fee Notices
You can use this report to get information on municipal fee notices.

Activities
On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting Flexible Real Estate Management Information
System Country Specifics Germany Land Use Management <specific report>.
Enter all relevant data and run the report.

Reporting on Parcels
Use
You can collect, summarize and analyze master data and flow data for your parcels. The system provides
the following information, for example:

Entries about the parcel in other public registers

Contracts related to the parcel that affect holdings (sales and land lease contracts)

Information recorded in land registers

You can also access these and other reports in the Information System for Land Use Management. On
the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting Flexible Real Estate Management Information
System Country Specifics Germany Land Use Management. For more information, see Reports for
Land Use Management (LUM) .

Activities
In the RE Navigator (RE80), choose Object Overview in the navigation area. In the dropdown list,
choose Parcel.Choose the Overviews tab page and select a report from the dropdown list.
The system displays the information in list form.

Example
Parcels are assigned to real estate register numbers in the land register.
The land register is based on this registration of the parcel. The information from the real estate cadaster
about parcels, in so far as it describes the existence and size of parcels, also shares in the public faith
accorded to the land register.
On the parcel, the system shows the assignment of the parcel to the land register pages. You see:

Owner number
