2 Preparations for Change


2.1

Change Period

The change period is from 2015/02/10 (Each batch change operation will follow below
steps)
1. Make CR to MS Huawei and get approval from HCPT.
2. Script Execute by OSS team after CR being approved 00:00-01:00, 10 feb 2015
(script attached).
3. Ensure no cells down after activity using command DSP Ucellchk.
4. In above step, if problem, execute the roll back plan

A change failure shall be recognized if the following major problems cannot be resolved
before 4:00 a.m. (within the stipulated period of time) and back-off operations shall be
finished.
