State Bank of India invites offers from the owners of premises (booth) to install Bank's ATM in the
market of Sector-8 Panchklula. The premises should be ready or likely to be ready for occupation
shortly. Intending parties agreeable to construct/make additions/ alterations as per Bank's
requirements may send their offers in two separate sealed envelopes marked as TECHNICAL
BID & PRICE BID .The proposal with site plan,proof of ownership, terms and conditions be kept
in Technical Bid envelope. The minimum acceptable rent for the covered area Approx.
1010=100 sq ft. to be kept in Price Bid envelope .The performae may be collected and sent to
the undersigned or our Sector-8 Panchkula branch within 15 days of publication. Priority would be
given to the premises belonging to the Public Sector units/ Government Departments. Since no
two locations are same from the business point of view, the Bank reserves its right to accept or
reject any or all offers without assigning any reasons thereof.

Electric and water connection : Requisite electric and water connection


shall be arranged by the landlord and expenses thereof shall be borne by
the landlord. However, actual usage charges shall be paid by the Bank.
