HISTORY OF DIVINE LIGHT ACADEMY

The story of Divine Light Academy is linked to the transformation of Las Pias as a backwoods suburbia
to a vibrant young city of Metropolitan Manila and to the life affirming experience of a middle class
couple.

Founded by Dir. Pedro B. Trinidad back in 1995. La Trinidad Academy continues to serve it's purpose to develop a
student not only in the academic field but in certain aspects as well. SPIRITUAL, MORAL, ATHLETIC, ACADEMIC
EXCELLENCE. LA TRINIDAD ACADEMY (LTA) is located inside a modern subdivision - Treelane III, Bayan Luma,
Imus, Cavite. The school is away from the busy streets and free from noise and pollution. The place is serene, quiet
and peaceful. There are trees, ornamental plants and greeneries around. LA TRINIDAD ACADEMY is therefore very
ideal for study and for the growth and development of children. The place is very safe and secured. The subdivision is
enclosed with perimeter fence. The gate is manned by security guards. And being a subdivision, there are no
commercial establishments where students could have access to liquor, cigarettes and even drugs.
