The ENHANCED SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN is a document that embodies the school and
community’s vision as well as the strategies being adopted to attain the desired goals and objectives in the
next three (3) years. This ESIP then is a carefully crafted document that is structured to focus on key goals and
strategies that will lead to greater student learning and a more effective school organization. As a
development plan, the school undertakes a comprehensive overview of major priorities to which school
stakeholders will be dedicated to at least three (3) years. Activities outlined in the School Improvement Plan
will take the school beyond maintenance of present strength towards an enhanced learning environment for
the students. The Enhanced School Improvement Plan, therefore, is a document which embraces what the
school wants to achieve in a specific time frame with a given suggestions in achieving such plan.
BALOI CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL of Baloi West District will be utilizing the Enhanced School
Improvement Plan (ESIP) as its main vehicle towards the achievement of its desired end. The ESIP describes
the school’s ideals, emphasizes its priority improvement programs, and commits its limited resources. The
preparation of the school improvement planning is a participatory process. As the stakeholders in the
community are organized to plan, initiate, manage, and support school related activities, the goals of
education will be better achieved.
What is uniquely special in this document is the fact that the stakeholders recognize the institution’s
problems and needs based on its previous performance which have been drawn for the past 3 years and
brought up a crafted plan to bridge the gap between the current school year and 3 years ahead.
Hence, the Enhanced School Improvement Plan of Baloi Central Elementary School is a shared effort
and a collective responsibility of the School Planning Team composed of the School Principal, Teachers, GPTA
President, Students’ Organization Chairman, Sangguniang Barangay Council Member, and Barangay Chairman
or designated representative. The school head convened the School Planning Team and provided leadership
and guidance in the development of the plan. The stakeholders are dedicated to the qualitative enhancement
of the basic education of the school children community, intent to use this document for implementation
effective S.Y:2019-2022.

years had been fluctuating. The data that exceeds 100% means that
there had been a number of transferee pupils over the years that
reached grade 6 in the school while the data that shows less than the
100% survival means that the pupils that were part of the intake rate 5
years back were no longer complete and that some of the learners
from that 5 years back intake were no longer in school.

of their BMI results. Last June 2019, there were 3.91% of the school population is under the severely wasted range
of their Body Mass Index (BMI) result, while there were 85.73% of the population under the Normal ranged of their
BMI. Just recently, the percentage of the SEVERELY WASTED pupils’ decreases from 12.71% - 3.91% and for the
1. NORMAL range the percentage increases form 8.54%-9.48%, these data shows that the SBFP offered by the Agency
is effectively implemented for it eradicates the malnourishment among school children at the end of the school year.
