Message of the School Principal

Warm Greetings!
Solano East Central School and SPED Center (SECS-SC) is located at the
heart of the Municipality of Solano particularly in Barangay Roxas, Solano, Nueva
Vizcaya. Occupying one whole block of the barangay, it has a land area of about
17,356 sq. m. or more or less 1.733 hectares. It is bounded to the north by the
Bonifacio St. to the south by the National Road, to the east by the Magsaysay St. and
to the west by the Espino St.
The school prides with a bustling status yearly of two thousand one hundred
number of enrollees. Having an inclusive education set up wherein it caters Special
Education, Alternative Learning System, Arabic Language and Islamic Values
Education (ALIVE) and Indigenous Peoples Education (IPEd). E-learning system,
research and innovations are the topmost priorities for the three successive years from
2019-2021 to enhance teaching-learning process for the benefits of our learners
geared towards the development of their 21st Century Skills.
SECS-SC is one of the Division’s prides in terms of academic, and co-
curricular achievements. For many years the school made into limelight and front
liner to almost all DepED’s Programs, Activities, Projects, and even Initiatives. Truly,
the home of champions, the hub for Advanced, Average, Least, Lost and Last
Learners (A2LL2) and geared toward Education 4.0.
The school align itself and conform to all DepEd orders and legal bases and
also the curriculum emphasizes the acquisition of knowledge, understanding, critical
thinking, and problem-solving abilities for all learners at their own phase. I believe it
is the responsibility of educators to nurture and develop every learner to prepare them
for life. Learners are continually encouraged to appreciate our diverse community
and to care for others by developing their values, particularly Maka-Diyos, Maka-tao,
Makakalikasan, at Maka-bansa.
At Solano East CS, the educational community strives for excellence by
preparing learner-clients become lifelong learners.
As the School Principal III of the SECS-SC, I strongly believe in the
importance of our internal and external stakeholders having the values of
collaboration and transparency. We continually improve the quality of tools of
communication, including giving our parents access to an interactive website where
they can retrieve pertinent information about their children's academic achievement.
We look forward to serving all our clients especially our learners over the coming
years.
