Currently working as a Associate in State street syntel pvt ltd in Internal Reconcilation from 25
Mar 2014 to till date.
Current Project

I: Cash Reconciliation Exception Unit (CREU).

Reconciliation of cash & Stock Entries.

Investigation on Exceptions.

Advising possible solution in order to resolve that break.

Working on MCH software (Multi currency Horizon)

Apart from Reconciliation, we are also involved in Trade settlements & Income
settlements.

In Income settlement we perform following things:
- Check whether income received on custody (Pass book) is valid or not.
- For interest and dividend rate confirmation we take the help of
Bloomberg (BBG) and Euroclear whether income received is valid or not.
- If we found any discrepancy we go back to counterparty with all
attachment asking them to cross check their instruction.
- If income is valid we receive on accounting side (cash book).

In Trade settlement we perform following task:
- Cross check whether trade booked properly or not.
- Check whether positions are matching or not.
- In case of any discrepancy we highlight to responsible team.
- If trade is valid we settle it on accounting.

Working on Exceptions such as Corporate Actions, Incomes, Trades,
Derivatives, Collateral, Non - Receipt, Return of Payment (ROP), Unadvised amounts,
Time Deposit, Foreign Exchange.

In derivatives related breaks we receive following types of breaks:
- Swap, option (call & put), margin, Forward, Future, Over the counter.
- Check whether if there any leg is missing or not.
- If yes we go back to responsible team asking them to post its
corresponding entry.

PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT
Previous working as a junior officer in HDFC Bank in Disbursment finance operation payroll
under ADFC Pvt Ltd from 03 AUG 2011 to 22 FEB 2014.
Handling West & North region all Disbursment Finance Products.
Checking the margin adequacy for Loan limits.
Payment of Bills against FD , PROPERTY & OVER DRAFT
Shifting the Contract as per customer requirement.
Checking the drawing power for Packing Credit limit.
Also checking the Portfolio of the customer to give the limit under exposer.
Product of LC, BC AND BG Also giving under the limit.
Limit are giving within tenor after check in our system .
Providing limit of LC ,BC and BG to customer under exposure by checking their customer
portfolio .
