Welcome to the Salad Kaleidoscope Project! This CD-cookbook is a compilation of colors, flavors
and textures that will stimulate novice and master chefs alike. Our purpose is not only to introduce
new applications of popular US ingredients but also to inspire new approaches to healthy living
through creative and appetizing methods. The Agricultural Trade Office in Taiwan is proud of the
