The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education Dharamshala today announced the result of
written examination conducted on 20/12/2015 for the posts of grade III officers, grade IV Clerks and
grade IV computer operators of kangra central co-oprative bank. The names of 483 candidates have
been sent to managing director kangra central co-oprative bank Dharamshala who will issue
schedule for interviews and intimate the candidates of the dates for viva voce . 9,087 candidate
applied for the post of the grade III officers out of which 7,324 appeared for the exam,56,492
candidates applied for post of the grade IV Clerks out of which 48,076 appeared for the exam, and
2,458 candidates applied for post of grade IV computer operators out of which 2,056 appeared for
the exam .

Honble Supreme Court of India today heard the matter of recruitment of staff in Kangra Central CoOperative Bank Dharmshala in the case titled as Raj Kumar Vs State of Himachal Pradesh. The court
vacated the interim stay granted vide order dated 01-02-2016. The court also directed that the
respondents will go ahead with the recruitment which shall be subject to the outcome of the Special
Leave Petition which shall be heard on merit in due course. The petitioner Shri Raj Kumar had filed a
writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh on 21-11-2015 which was decided
by the Hon'ble High Court on 23-12-2015.The Hon'ble High Court dismissed the petition holding the
matter in favour of the respondents. Today the matter was heard in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of
India by Hon'ble Mr.Justice Jasti Chelameswar , Hon'ble Mr. Justice Abhay Manohar Sapre and
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Uday Umesh Lalit. Sh. Kapil Sibbal, Sr.Advocate appeared for Kangra Central CoOperative Bank and Sh. Rajeev Dhawan Advocate and Sh.Surya Narayan Singh, Additional Advocate
General appeared for H.P. Board of School Education and the State of HP. The Chairman Kangra
Central Co-Operative Bank stated in Delhi that we will initiate the action for recruitment
immidiately.The schedule for conducting the interviews will also be finalised at earliest .
