Role Techno-functional
Technical Skills stack:
1. Business Objects webi
2. Crystal 10 report
3. SSIS
4. Administration of Business Objects
5. OLAP cube design
6. Relational database structures, stored procedures, ETL
7. Finance and accounting functional knowledge including management information needs
8. OLAP
End to end accountability of deliveries, able to design right solutions and delivery lifecycle specific
to MIBI track, guide and lead team from the front, stakeholder expectation management, bringing
techno-functional expertise from IT perspective.
Desirable Exposure to BA/PM role in the same space. Key Technical Skills
1. Expert in PL/SQL, complex stored procedures, functions preferably on SQL Server
2. Expert in data warehousing concepts, implementation and end to project execution
3. Expert on ETL tools preferably SSIS, analytical tools preferably SSAS
4. Expert Universe designing using SAP BO 4.0 or higher (both IDT and UDT)
5. Report development using SAP BO Web Intelligence, SSRS and crystal reports
6. Excellent documentation skills ,data model diagrams, ER diagrams etc
7. Excellent communication skills having worked on onshore-offshore model and managed
stakeholders including communication effectively
8. Should have lead a team size of around 5/6 resources team members grooming, induction,
orientation, defined and set ways of working, and setting up right expectations
9. Expertise in the end to end lifecycle of business and IT processes related to MI/BI preferred in
BFS space including set ups, infrastructure understanding (Environments), configuration
management, release management, requirements elicitation 10. Should have worked on BFS
projects with in depth understanding of finance workflows, accounting and other principles and
advanced reporting needs by the business/IT stakeholders
