"Three Main Religions in the World | Relijournal." Relijournal | Covering the World of
Religion and Religious Issues. Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, Jainism and All
Other Religions. 10 May 2010. Web. 17 May 2010.

This site was very helpful in understanding the similarities and differences between
the three main religions of the world. I didn’t realize how similar Judaism,
Christianity, and Islam were until I read this article. This piece was both
informational and opinionated. This was a very helpful website for my project.

Fetini, Alyssa. "Understanding the Sunni-Shi'ite Divide - TIME." Breaking News, Analysis, Politics, Blogs, News
Photos, Video, Tech Reviews - TIME.com. 16 Sept. 2009. Web. 17 May 2010.

This website gave a lot of information about the Shiite Sunni problem in the Middle
East. It explained what caused the feud, what was the breaking point, how suicide
bombings play into the conflict, and also how it has effected the country. This
website was very factual and gave a lot background on the conflict so I was able to
get a really in depth understanding on the topic. This was a very good article in
understand the Shiite Sunni conflict.
"Religiously Based Civil Unrest and Warfare." ReligiousTolerance.org by the Ontario Consultants on Religious
Tolerance. 15 May 2010. Web. 17 May 2010. <http://www.religioustolerance.org/curr_war.htm>.

This website was the start of my project. Here I was able to read about all of the
different religious conflicts and read a brief description of the topic. The website
wasn't very detailed but from here I was able to choose which conflicts I would write
about in the project. This was a very helpful website in finding out about which
religious conflicts were worth writing about.

"Death Toll Rising In Orissa Refugee Camps; Violence Spreading - Christian Persecution Information." Google. Web.
13 May 2010. <http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?
q=cache:8FGdyr_DPIQJ:www.christianpersecution.info/news/death-toll-rising-in-orissa-refugee-camps-violence-
spreading/+orissa+christian+persecution&cd=6&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us>.

This website gave me a very good explanation of what is occurring in Orissa against
the Christians. It gave specific numbers on how many people were killed, effected,
and many other things. I found this topic to be very interesting and before this
project I have never heard of the problem. This website explained what is being
done to solve the problem as long as what caused the problem. This was a very
helpful website in understanding the conflict in Orissa.

"France: Headscarf Ban Violates Religious Freedom | Human Rights Watch." Home | Human Rights Watch. Web. 11
May 2010. <http://www.hrw.org/en/news/2004/02/26/france-headscarf-ban-violates-religious-freedom>.

This website gave a description of what happened with the issue in France dealing
with the banning of visible religious issues in public schools. This has been a very
controversial problem in France and this website gave both sides of the feud. This
website also gave great quotes about the topic. The main issue talked about in the
article was about Muslim girls not being allowed to wear head scarfs. This was a
very good website in understanding the issue in France.
