In respect to the above Discrepancies found in the Financial Results of the Company
31't March 20'1,6, we state that we have mentioned in our covering letter as well as in the
segment result and in statement of assets and tiability that the said result are Audited
result for the Qtr and year ended 31.03.2016, however there was typographical mistake
in writing Unaudited result on first page of result instead of Audited Results. We have
corrected the same and have resubmitted the Audited Financial Results for the Qtr and
year ended 31.03.20'1.6 for your records.
