Notice for Robes collection

Attiring in Robes is one of the proudest moment for any graduate on the Day of Convocation.
This is to inform all the graduating students (UG / PG / Ph.D.) to collect their robes to be adorned
during the 14th Convocation on May 14, 2016 at 9:00 am at New Auditorium, Sports Complex from
their respective Hostel Supervisors on
May 12 13, 2016 from 11 am to 4 pm
on a payment of Rs 500 (refundable at the time of returning the robes).
The details of collection of robes are all follows:
