7-Day YRC Special Camp 2016 Call Letter and Registration Form Reg.

We are pleased to inform you that the 7-Day YRC Special Camp for the Academic Year
2015-16 has been scheduled from 17.011.2016 (Thursday) to 23.11.2016 (Wednesday) at
Venkatapuram village and the stay will be at Pravagam, Venkatapuram, (near Bahayam),
Vellore District.
We have organized this camp with the support and guidance from Pravaham Community
College. Students are requested to report at the YRC Office, Anna University (Near
Vivekananda Auditorium) at 7.30 a.m. on 17.11.2016 (Thursday). The bus to the camp site will
leave the College campus by 8.00 a.m.
Receipt of this Call Letter may be acknowledged by sending SMS to the YRC Student
President Sri. Varsha M.S.(9884856333) for Girls and Student Secretary Sri G.S.Mohan
(9710414974) for Boys.
We have enclosed a registration form to be filled and handover to the above persons
one day before the commencement of the camp.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES:

1. You are requested not to bring any costly items.
2. No one will be allowed to leave the camp site during the camp.
3. Dress code should be followed on all the days of the camp and disciplinary action will be taken
against the students those who fail.
4. Students those who are good at music may bring the necessary instruments. (The same holds
good for any special talents like magic, painting, craft, sports etc.) Those want to bring out their
talents are most welcome.
5. Though 24 hrs securities will be provided to the students, luggage and other belongings are at
owners risk.
6. Since ATMs are not available near the camp site students are requested to bring sufficient
amount of money.
7. All your belongings should have your Name and Roll No.
8. Manual works will be there. So select your dresses appropriately.
