Description:
Hawk Telephone Monitoring System is a GSM Call data monitoring tool for the Law
Enforcement Agencies to keep an eye on the GSM/CDMA traffic flowing through the MSC
(Mobile Switching Center). It captures the voice call, SMS, fax over the PSTN line, GPRS data
by keeping itself in monitor mode to remain hidden from the end users. Module was developed
for the capturing of the voice data of a particular caller along with the signaling information of the
GSM mobile station i.e. called party, calling party, duration of call, location of the mobile station.
Special type of hardware is use for this monitoring purpose which is then deployed at the
Service Provider MSC. The data is given by the MSC to the monitoring server which is then
collected and recorded at the probe server.

are generated and presented to the operator

Description:
Eagle, is an advanced Internet monitoring product based on proprietary traffic decoding and
pattern matching technology. A packaged product comprising software and hardware, it is
installed at the ISP location and connected to ISP switch over which the Internet traffic is
flowing. It passively captures all traffic and monitors based on keywords or targets specified by
user. It accepts the raw data from any of the mirroring point provided by the Internet Service
Provider. Decodes the various protocols in the packet and extracts the data. It generates
structured sessions from raw packets. Based upon the filtering criteria set by the Law
Enforcement Agency decides whether to retain the data. On the retention of the data, store it in
the database in a structured format. Present the available data in the database in the similar
format as a user would have seen while browsing.
