Below is the procedure to delete the texts maintained in Interaction record.

We do get some
incidents for deleting the texts maintained in the Interaction record for security reasons.
1. Open Interaction record number in table CRMD_ORDERADM_H, Copy Object GUID (header
GUID)
2. Enter the Object GUID with * in field TDNAME of table STXH (i.e.
55D30A6811348970E1008000AC146CD4*) and copy the same field TDNAME with time
stamp (i.e. 55D30A6811348970E1008000AC146CD4
20150818111817452)
3. Enter the copied Object GUID with time stamp in to field TDNAME of table STXL (it may
take time to provide the result because of volume)
4. Delete the resultant entry from table STXL in debug mode
Please note it will delete all the text entered in the Log. We can not delete the partial text
from the Log.
