heritage Chase functionality on the Bank One platform.

Solely responsible for producing the Functional Specification of the process by which
users initiate a dispute of a credit card charge on-line. This process is now deployed
and initiates over 2.5 million transactions per month.

Created deliverables necessary to support the project including a Functional


Specification document, functioning prototype web site, and wire-frame drawings of
each page in the process.
