Summary, Conclusion & Recommendation

Summary
The feasibility study is a study on the profitability of Boddess Fitness
Company located at #94 Dodge City Street, Barangay Sagad, Pasig City. By
means of this study, the following information in different aspect such as
Marketing, Technical, Management, Financial, and Socio-Economic will be
gathered.
Marketing Aspect determines the profitability of the business by analyzing
the demand and supply. Based on the survey, most of the respondents are from
Private Organizations, NGOs and home owners as which the proponents
focused on the actual demand of the service coming from business to business
transaction. Other information about this chapter is also discussed in the paper.
Technical Aspect shows the technical requirements for the complete
operation of the business. It includes the service processes, the raw materials to
be needed, office layout, office location, and other relevant information for the
study.
Management Aspect discusses the management requirement and
qualities that the business should have that could possibly bring success to the
proponents of the proposed business. The chapter also includes the operation

that the business will undergo, the company policies and the compensation
scheme.
Financial Aspect states the financial condition of the business. It includes
the financial assumptions of the proposed business, financial ratio analysis,
schedule of expenses, financial statement and projected revenue.
The Socio-Economic Aspect discusses the effects of the business to
society and to the economy as well as the contribution of the business to the
environment. In society and economy, it opens opportunities to possible
employees in enhancing their skills, capabilities and to provide opportunity to
decrease unemployment. While for its environmental implication, the business
will observe cleanliness by obeying the proper waste management of the city.
Conclusion
It is important for the business to gain profit and return its investment.

Marketing Aspect
The proponents chose Barangay Sagad, Pasig City as the target
market and private organizations, non-government organizations (NGOs)
and home owners association as the actual demand of the business.

Technical Aspect
The proponents chose #94 Dodge City Street as the office location
of the service.
