Evidence: I have attended weekly meetings with the staff at the school. I have lead a discussion on how to help students with IEP and
what is accommodation vs modifications. I have volunteered for most committees that have been formed since I have
arrived at the school.

Evidence: I have attended many professional development opportunities this last 4 months. I have gone to 3 meetings on autism and
one on how to write IEP's. I have attended a class on becoming a better teacher that the district put on every month since I
came to the district.
