6:15 Site Engineer Rajesh called to DCT Team and said that he is getting drop of

10.62.49.37 Board from cosole pc


6:20 DCT Team Network Engineer Checked the issue
Till 6:30 we checked the inter-switch connectivity of L3_1 to L3_2, Whether the
y are properly working in stack or not
After that We also checked the connectivity of L3 Switch to L2 Switch. We discon
nected the One Uplink from both L2 Switch to check the looping but the drop issu
e still persist.
At 6:45 - Board 10.62.49.37 have two connections from Both L3 Switch. We discon
nect the one connection so that Board can work second one connection. But we did
n't get solution.
At 6:55 We told to site engineer to checked the LAN Cable.He Said with LAN Teste
r testing there is no issue in Cable
At 7:10 At last Nearby 10.62.49.37 Board having another Board. We take the one w
ire of that board and Pluged into 10.62.49.37 Board.
Till 7:15 Board working fine. After that we checked the LAN Cable by connecting
it to Test pc.There were some issue in one LAN Cable.
