AFFIDAVIT-COMPLAINT
I, BENJIE E. JURALBAL, of legal age, single, and a resident Bgry. Dasay, San Juan,
La Union, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:
1. That on April 17, 2016 at around 4:44 p.m., I (Benjie) was at the fish pond owned
Arnel Badang being a caretaker of such together with Rosario Belmonte, 18 years old
and Charlene Dela Cruz Dulay, 17 years old, said fish pond was fenced to exclude
strangers entry into the said fish pond;
2. That while I (Benjie) am at one of the kubo inside the fish pond together with the my
two friend earlier mentioned, Randy Buccat who is known to me came together with
unidentified companions whom I later learned as Leon Ordoo, Manuel Buccat, Jr.
and Edward Casugay;
3. Upon entering the premises of the kubo, Leon Ordoo saw my friend two female
friends, approached them and asked them their cellular phone number who never
replied and instead went to the other kubo not too far away from where we were;
4. Leon Ordoo followed Rosario and Charlene to the other kubo and left his cellular
phone there according to Rosario and Charlene;
5. The said group have with them liquor (Emperador) to drink, one of them whom I later
identified as Manuel Buccat, Jr. brought out from his bag a bottle of liquor known to
me as Emperador;
6. I told the group Bawal ti aginum ditoy ta agunget jay sir ko, madam-dama addan to
isunan!, Leon on the other hand replied Baam ta ta umay ditoy ta adda ibagak kenya
na! Am-ammo nak!. I replied Haan! but he argued saying Siyak ti akimbagi ditoy!,
then I left them to feed the pigs;
7. While I was feeding the pigs, Manuel Buccat Jr. came to me to let me drink a shot of a
liquor of which I heeded;
8. Few minutes later, after feeding the feed, I went out from the piggery then suddenly I
(Benjie) heard Leon Ordoo shouting Agbanniit ka man!. I just ignored them and
later heard them Imbag pay jay immun-una nga nagyan ditoy mainsan lang nga sao,
pato, ganso ken paltat alisto da nga mangted ket sika saan! and after a few minutes, I
saw them catching fish from the fish pond and right after catching fish from the pond,
the group of Leon Ordoo except Randy Buccat left the premises;
9. After around 15 minutes, I saw the group of Leon Ordoo returned and went straight
to the kubo where my two female friends are (Rosario Belmonte and Charlene Dela
Cruz Dulay). I went to the said kubo but saw my two female friends evaded the
group of Leon Ordoo and went to run on the other kubo inside the premises;
10. The group of Leon Ordoo followed Rosario and Charlene to the other kubo of which
I also went to check my two friends;
11. Upon reaching the said kubo, I saw my Rosario and Charlene got out of the kubo
and Charlene handed down the cellular phone to Leon Ordoo who got hold of the
said cellular phone;

12. After which Leon Ordoo suddenly got hold of my shirt and punched me right part of
my face adjacent to my mouth and followed by a blow in the back part of my neck or
lower part of my head which made me fall down on my knees lying flat on the ground
my face facing the ground;
13. As I was lying flat on the ground, Leon Ordoo kicked me twice on the back part of my
body then Randy came to stop Leon Ordoo who succeeded in stopping Leon;
14. I (Benjie) took the opportunity to get up and run and while I was running I saw Leon
throwing stones at me who was able to hit the back part of my body and suddenly
shouted Haan ko kayat makita ta rupam ditoyen ta nu nakita ka pay ditoy patayen
ka!;
15. I went to cover and then few minutes after, I saw the group of Leon Ordoo left;
16. I filed a complaint before the barangay but the same was not resolved due to their
non-appearance, copy of the certification issued by the barangay is hereto attached to
form part of this affidavit-complaint; and
17. I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and to support the filing of
criminal charges against Leon Ordoo, Manuel Buccat, Jr. and Edward Casugay for
the crimes of PHYSICAL INJURIES, TRESPASSING and other appropriate criminal
violations covered by the above narrated events.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this April 28, 2016, 2016 at
