Language Chinese (ZH)

Download CD based on our System version
Download path :

CLNT: 000 (Mandatory)
Process :->
Go to transaction I18N > I18N Menu > I18N Customizing > I18N System Configuration.

Create New entry for the required Language i.e Chinese ZH

Activate the Lang and follow the parameter recommendations as suggested below

After activation of new NLS setting , make the profile parameter changes as suggested in the report

Tx: SMLT >> Make new Lang Entry and save.

Language pack import

For the new language click import Box

next to the new Lang entry created

Specify the path for the language packages (Application Server)

Upload the lang package on the server in /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in and click Find packages

Select the language package and Execute

Import Language Part of Support Packages :

After importing the language, you must also import the language data in the Support Packages. To do this, execute transaction SMLT, select the language that was imported and
navigate as follows: Language > Special Actions > Import Support Packages.
Txn SMLT : Choose Language Special Actions Import Support Packages.

System will list the SAP Support packs that are to be needed to be made available in RED.

Download the patches which are in red and place the PAT files of the same in EPS/in directory.
Once the pat files are placed in EPS/in directory ,all the patches which were in red will turn green.

Press F6

Choose import language Data

Language Supplementation :
Note : Language supplementation should be run on all the Business clients separately.
Txn : SMLT
Go to the language that you want to supplement and select Language Supplement Language.

Perform the Language Supplementation in Client 150 as well.

After you have done all the above mentioned steps your new language has been installed.

Log-on to the client with New installed language.
