Idaho Falls Fraternal Order of Police leadership informed the Idaho Police Department leadership on Jan. 28, 2016, that a no-confidence vote would take place. In a statement to the Post Register on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, Police Department officials wrote, “The Idaho Falls Police Department Administration has not received a copy nor has been given any information regarding a ‘no confidence’ document. Therefore, we are unable to comment or speak to information contained in it.”
