4.28

INVENTORY

The Superintendent shall devise an adequate system of inventory of


school property. Each item of property shall be the responsibility of a
designee. An inventory shall be available to identify items for the
purpose of insurance and to control the loss of property.

The inventory shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
buildings, movable equipment, vehicles and all other items that may be
covered by insurance.

Losses of property in excess of $500.00 will be reported to the Board.
