WHAT MATTERS

Time flies fast it seems like yesterday,
You were once my dream that now came true,
Having you in my life I say,
Makes me believe in destiny.
I keep wondering why God lead you to me,
And somehow I ask, How long would this be?
Though questions are unanswered, Im thankful to have you.
I wouldnt ask for more cause I believe too.
You and I have each other, I dont need anything,
Cause it all wont matter if youre not with me.
I cant claim we will have forever,
Cause what we have now is what matters to me.
Memories that will never change,
Our laughter, our fights and our sweetest talks,
Precious times are like golden gifts,
But nothing feels better when its you and me.
I keep wondering why God lead you to me
And somehow I ask, How long would this be?
Even when I close my eyes I see you,
Keep thinking of the things weve been through.
Youre the one I love, the one Ill give my heart to,
Trust me when I say, I love you,
Cause what we have now is what matters to me,
Loving you, loving you is what matters to me.
