1. I am working very hard and intelligently and output is coming well.

en beyond my control largely find a way to work themselves out.
Even if things go against me, I will persist and come back
2. People are reacting in a stressful manner, but I am calm and composed, just f
ocussing on my work and not giving them importance.
There is tons of dirty politics going on, but I just focus on my work
3. There are too many things that are going around me. SOme people are shining t
hrough dirty politics, people are playing games etc.
But, I am doind my job well. I am very calm and only focussing on my out
put.
4. I am in front of loads of other people talking a lot of things making me unco
mfortable; people just reacting, people just making fun etc.
Yet, I am so calm focussed on my own output.
5. Through all of these days - good and bad, I am embracing the grind - process
goals that enable me to remain focussed.
6. I visualize myself evaluaing myself on process - I have found that champions
rarely let themselves be influenced much by outside evaluations.
They set their own standards, and their standards have much more to do with the
process than the outcome.
7. I visualize myself in the midst of strangers and I visualize myself mingling
freely
8. I visualize myself removing all the negative emotions of a failure. I go step
by step into the logic, and take the learnings.
That s one way exceptional people deal with failure. They refuse to remember it.
I train myself to not only to dwell on it but also to not make harsh judgments a
bout myself, like I m a horrible bunker player.
If all you do is keep reliving your mistakes, you re going to destroy yourself
9. I am being rejected; things are going against me, but I am fully focussed on
the process.
I am not depressed; I am not discouraged; I am thinking positively and am hopefu
