Requirement of Architect in IRSDC on Contract basis - Advt. No. 01/2016

A special purpose vehicle Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation Limited (IRSDC) has
been constituted under Companies Act, 1956 with equity participation of Ircon International Limited
(IRCON) (A Govt. of India Undertaking, under Ministry of Railways) and Rail Land Development
Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority under the Ministry of Railways with the aim to develop the
Railway Stations across India with primary objective of augmenting and maintaining passenger
amenities at stations in a holistic manner.

The Company invites applications for the post of Architect on contract basis for a period of one
year (further extendable as per requirement of the Company, if the services of the candidate are
found satisfactory) at fixed all inclusive salary.

Selection Process
Through walk in interviews as per Para C-ii below.

A.
The above post is not for the regular establishment of IRSDC. The appointment will be purely
on contract basis initially for one year, (extendable further as per requirement of the Company if
the services of the candidate are found to be satisfactory). This contract appointment will not confer
any right to claim absorption in regular establishment of the company or for appointment in other
projects of the company.
B-1
Reimbursement for indoor treatment for self only at the place of posting would be permissible.
B-2 Minimum PF as prescribed under the EPF & MP Act 1952 will be deducted from the salary and a
matching contribution will be made by IRSDC. The accumulations will be paid at the time of
cessation of contract, as per extent provisions.

B-3 One leave for each calendar month of service can be availed during the contract period. Leave
can be carried forward and accumulated for the calendar year but no leave encashment for unavailed leave is allowed during the contract or on resignation or termination of contract. No
other type of leave would be admissible.
B-4 One weekly off and other public holidays, when the office remains closed would be available.

TA/DA would also be admissible if deputed on outstation duty.

No other perks or benefits would be admissible except the above.

Application typed on A-4 size paper and filled up in the attached format with a self attested
photograph pasted on it, should be addressed and sent to Dy. General Manager/G, IRSDC, 4Th

accompanied with the copy of following self attested documents, so as to reach IRSDC office
latest by 20.7.2016.

d) Certificates in proof of experience, if any , clearly projecting the requisite experience
indicating the length and line of experience as per eligibility conditions/criteria;
