Proper paragraph structure: introduction

Present tense usage for verbs

loving, easily falls in love with Juliet even after claiming he couldnt love again because of Rosaline (1.1. 225-234)

conflicted, initially grieving over Rosaline not loving him, complaining and acting depressed (1.1. 182 - 192) (Romeo)

Desperate, when waking from her fake death and finding Romeo dead she killed herself with a dagger. It must have taken
incredible will to kill oneself with a dagger which indicates a desperate or suicidal thought going through her mind which made
it seem that without Romeo there was no point to living anymore and that she would resort to suicide to kill herself. This
desperation could come from the fact that she is isolated most of her life and most of her life decisions is made for her so
when the person she chose to marry dies she felt that choice was gone from her life. (Juliet )

Love

Romeo talks about his love for Rosaline and talks about how sad he is that they can not be together. (1.1.223) Romeo: O,
teach me how I should forget to think. Romeo is deeply in love with Rosaline, and is finding and questioning Benvolio for
answers. He tries his best to forget about her but he finds it impossible to meet a person like Rosaline.

Romeo falls in love with Rosaline and then meets another girl, who is Juliet, and falls in love with her. He talks about how he
truly started to love after he seen Juliet at the party. (1.103-110) In this scene Romeo interacts with Juliet for the first time and
flirts with her. They even kiss each other the first time they had met.

The nurse and Juliet share a very close bond as the nurse has acted as Juliets mother figure throughout her life.

Love

Romeo compares Juliet to the sun to show how strong his love is for her(2.2.15-20) (2.5.55-57)

Romeo goes to visit Juliet after the party and says that the moon should be jealous of her beauty as it is way more beautiful
than the moon can be (2.2.2-4)

Romeo shows his affection for Juliet by calling her an angel (2.2.25-28)

Love

Juliet expresses her love for Romeo in a metaphor (3.1.33-34)

Romeo states that he is as good as dead if he cannot see his fair love Juliet (3.5.58-59)

Romeo is very happy from the previous events (marrying Juliet) that he comes to Tybalt, Benvolio and Mercutio and tells
Tybalt he loves him (3.1.61-64)

Deception

Juliet has a conversation with paris making him think she is interested in the marriage but she and the friar are making plans
for so called temporary death. (4.1.18) (4.1.26-27)

Juliet pretends to agree to get married to paris to her father. (4.2.18-22)

Love

Juliet weighs pros and cons of drinking the potion and concludes to drink it, saying its for Romeo. (4.3.58)
