A blessed day to you all!
We the YES-O (Youth for Enviroment in Schools Organization) and the Science Club
of Masambong High School, are requesting permission to launch our project. This project is
an outreach program that is intended to help the cleanliness and beautification of our
surroundings here in Barangay Masambong. The said activity is currently targeting the
streets of Barangay Masambong particularly; Capoas, Malac, Corumi, Inaman, Ilihan and
other streets as well. This is scheduled to be executed on November 15, 2014, at 6:00 am in
the morning.
We hope you will find our request meritorious and favorably agree upon it. Thank you
