Greetings!

We are BS Nutrition students from the University of the Philippines Los Baos and
currently taking up Community Nutrition Field Practice (CNFP) in Barangay Oples, Liliw,
Laguna. The CNFP requires the students to stay in the community and work with the barangay
officials and people to plan and implement nutrition-related programs and activities to address
the problem of malnutrition.

In line with this, we are humbly asking your company for financial assistance or any kind
of donations you could share to us. All the proceeds will be used to implement our proposed
nutrition programs for the community such as Nutrition Education and Seminars, Vegetable
Gardening, Feeding program, among others. / will do, in case of in kind, as this would be of
great help for the nutrition improvement of Brgy. Oples in Liliw, Laguna.
