1. Para 2.0 a) item IV: SS 28 is on IBL 4 and not IBL 3 in Uppal Depot.

2. Para 2.0 b) : SS 138 on IBL 4 is missing in MYP Depot.

3. Para 3.0: The para should specify as to which "key" is being talked
about, viz. the interlock / manual interlock/ pad lock key.

4. Para 3.0 c. Line 2: In place of "cancelling", it should be "completion"

and in place of "like", it should be "and".

5. Para 4.0 a): Instead of "lock", it should be "padlock".

6. A sketch showing the mechanical handle insert of the isolator, interlock

and padlock needs to be given.

Pictures attached againest the sketches which

shall serve the purpose.

7. The words, "For all practical purposes" need to be removed. Being

concerned with safety, the said keys must always be under the custody of
the PIC who takes the PTW.
