LESSON GUIDE:

Skill Development Dribbling Relay:

The Class should be divided in pairs with one ball between them.
Lined up along one side of the field. To practice there dribbling they
should dribble across the field and back.
Once this has been done for a few minutes this can be turned into a
competition with the emphasis on speed, through leader ball or
similar drills.
Once the students have mastered this the skill can then be used in a
game situation.
* Skill development should be done to give the students an opportunity
to develop the basic hockey skills in a controlled environment. This is a
chance to teach them how it is done before getting into the competitive
arena.

Game Tips - Dribbling:

The majority of the class should be made up of these fun game oriented
drills.
Students should be encouraged to use the correct dribbling
technique while playing these games.

Make sure they are keeping there stick on the ball.
