Materials:

Goal:

To illustrate a dream or fantasy.

Method/
Process:

Recall a dream or fantasy (e.g. being in hospital having everyone wait

on you). Draw an image of the dream on paper.
During morning tea stay silent and let you mind work on the dream
while quietly eating and drinking.
Meditate for 10 mins on the image of the dream. Ask what it is saying
to you. What soul are you saying to me?
For 20mins dream the dream on. Rebuild/Alter the old image or
create a new image.
I drew an image of a dream that had left me with some big feelings of
overwhelm.
I found that I was a little distressed in the meditation, but was able to
dream my dream on with a powerful image of going through the
wave.
