Materials:

Warm Room for comfortable meditation


Paper, crayons, pastels, felt tips, coloured paper, scissors and glue

Goal:

Client goes into the dream that was visualised earlier and created a
response to
(Refer Dream the Dream) and be with it in a meditation for 10 minutes.
Maybe
carry it on further than what you normally see in your dream or just stay in it
and
see/feel what bubbles up or appears. Meditation ends after 10 minutes.

Method/
Process:

Client goes back to the first response and decides to either add to this piece
of artwork or create a new piece of art. Client uses intuition to decide what
is best for the next step.

I stayed with an image from the dream I thought I understood but found that
I needed to explore it further. I came to a mental block for a while. I asked
the wave what it was. I remembered writing about BIG FEELINGS in my free
writing. I then was able to confront the big feelings and find out what I
needed to do with them. I felt quite moved by the meditation.
