Initially it was very difficult for me as I was not inclined towards writing reflections, comments etc. There were plenty of ideas for changing my practices and implementing Project Based Learning in my class but to put it on paper and make a real project with students are kept at the centre was difficult. This programme helped me to overcome this difficulty. HTH invoke a spirit of writing in me. This is my biggest take away from this. Communication and Collaboration - Two words that we so often use to describe what students are gaining from projects / activities and assignments. Over the last one year I have realized that it is not just about working in a team without any disputes or presenting your project effectively in front of an audience.
