SUBJECT : Accomplishment on Intensified Campaign Against Illegal Drugs

DATE : August 6, 2016
1. Reference: OPLAN DOUBLE BARREL
2. On or about 11:30 PM of August 6, 2016, Station Anti Illegal Drug Unit
(SAIDU) of Hagonoy Municipal Police Station led by P03 Gerardo Lagahit
Jr. Intel PNCO under the supervision of PCI CLENT VEN D INCISO, COP
together with personnel from Provincial Anti Illegal Drug Unit (PAIDU) led
by PCI FERDINAND M CASIANO, Chief with the over-all supervision of
PSSUPT SAMUEL D GADINGAN, Acting Provincial Director conducted
buy-bust operation under PDEA pre-ops number 30004-082016-0092 at
Purok 1A, Sinayawan, Hagonoy, Davao Del Sur. Said operation resulted in
the arrest of JOHNSON TAJON SADANGSAL, alias TOTING, 43 years
old, single, male, merchandiser and a resident of aforesaid place. Subject
person is the top Ten (10) in drug watchlist of this station and was already
undergone TOKHANG, however he did not refrain from selling of illegal
drugs.
3. Confiscated from the possession and control of said suspect were
One (1) pc small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline substance believed to be Shabu (subject for buy-bust), Two (2)
pieces small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline substance believed to be Shabu ( subject for possession), Two
(2) pcs. large pack heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline substance believed to be Shabu ( both subject for possession),
One (1) piece Five Hundred Peso Bill (P500. 00) with serial number
LR981243 with markings FPD used as marked money, One (1) unit digital
weighing scale, One (1) pc. Scissors, One (1) pc. Improvised water pipe,
One (1) improvised lighter, One (1) piece Shotgun live ammo, One (1)
piece .22 caliber revolber loaded with Four (4) pcs. live ammos and One (1)
pc. Color blue Sling Bag. Total confiscated/seized drug from the said

suspect has an estimated street market value of more or less Fifteen

Thousand Pesos (P15, 000.00)
4. The arrested suspect and the confiscated items are now in the custody
of this station and Violation of R.A. 9165 is being prepared by this station
