There are 7 tabs in the ribbon of a Word document - Home, Insert, Page Layout, References, Mailings, Review, and View. Each tab contains groups of tools for different functions. The Home tab contains groups for Clipboard, Font, Paragraph, Styles, and Editing. The Insert tab contains groups for Pages, Tables, Illustrations, Links, Header and Footer, Text, and Symbols. There are 4 bars in a Word document - the Title bar, Zoom bar, Status bar, and Shortcut bar. The Title bar contains the Quick Access toolbar.

Right beneath tile bar lie ribbon which you can maximize and minimize
