A review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal
from that court's final order granting the defendants' motion for summary
judgment on plaintiff's claims under 42 U.S.C. Secs. 2000e-2 and 1983 is
without merit.* Because the dispositive issues recently have been decided
authoritatively, we dispense with oral argument and affirm the judgment below
AFFIRMED.
As the appeal was filed prior to entry of a final judgment as to the amount of
attorney's fees, this Court's review in this case is limited to the grant of
summary judgment. See Cassidy v. Virginia Carolina Veneer Corp., 652 F.2d
380, 383 (4th Cir.1981)
