L.

Yes, l'd oppose. Banning a citizen from carrying on campus is a violation of their second
amendment rights. lt would leave them and those around them unprotected. No gun
zones become target zones for people looking to do harm.

2. Yes, l'd oppose. A person is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. Everyone is
entitled to due process, taking away their guns when they have not been found guilty of
anything is a violation of due process and the 2nd amendment.

3.

Yes,

I always support an incremental improvement. The problem I would have voting for this
is named Dudley Brown. He, and his supporters, would primary anyone who voted for

l'd support. I voted against the legislation to reduce the mag size and would
certainly vote to repeal that legislation.

an incremental improvement (which is ridiculous). This is a very difficult situation. Do

the right thing and vote yes on incremental improvement? Or do the safe thing and vote
no? So far I haven't had to vote on this. I suppose if it came to my committee or actually
got to the floor, l'd have to support it. After all, touch downs are usually made 10 yards
at a time.

5.

No I don't. I believe gun rights is a state issue. How can someone abide by the rules in
their city, go into another and expect to know that that city has stricter rules?

6.

No, I would not. That decision should be made by the gun owner. I would hope people
are safety minded when it comes to their guns but what that looks like should be left up
to the owner. People who have guns for protection should have the right to have them
available for the job. And that should be left up to the owner.

7.

No, lwouldnotoppose. lsupportconstitutional carry.EveryU.S.citizenisgiventhe

inalienable right to carry a gun for protection. lt shouldn't require a permit. After all,
criminals are not likely to bother with concealed carry permits.

B.

No, I don't support. I should be able to sale, loan or trade my guns with any law abiding
citizen I like. Again, this is another example of government intrusion into our lives.

9.

Yes, I would support a restriction. Taking away someone's guns because

they have a
mental issue not associated with violence or psychotic would be a violation of their 2nd
amendment rights...for no reason.

10. Yes, in fact I think it should be mandatory. That would remove the no gun zone problem
where students are sitting ducks. Someone needs to be able to fire back during these

horrible school shootings.

11. Yes, I would oppose anything that makes it more difficult to renew my concealed carry
permit. The process should be easier, and definitely, faster than it is now. Not harder.
L2. Yes, I support the Colorado Sheriffs. I support them because they are right. The ban is

unenforceable and unconstitutional. lt cost Colorado jobs. lt cost Colorado recreational

dollars by driving hunters and other sports enthusiasts away from Colorado to other
states. And it's just plain stupid to think law enforcement is going to go around policing
guns for magazine size.

4.

In Ohio, the Buckeye Firearms Association was successful in winning a full repeal of
their magazine limitation by increasing magazine capacity at every opportunity
until they achieved a full repeal. If political circumstances will not allow a full repeal
of the arbitrary limit of l-5 rounds in a given legislative year, would you support an
increase in magazine capacity at every opportunity until we get a full repeal?

Do you supportthe ability of individual cities and municipalities to enact restrictions

on gun rights that are more stringent than existing restrictions at the state level?
For example, should a city or municipality have the ability to ban open carry,
concealed carry or prevent possession or transfer of a firearm that would otherwise
be legal under prevailing state law?

Would yov support the passage of so-called "mandatory safe storage laws," which
would dictate how a firearm in a citizen's home must be stored? This could include
requiring the use of trigger locks, even when a citizen is physically present in his or
her residence, or that firearms not in one's personal possession be stored in a gun
safe and/or unloaded condition at all times.
