work to develop.

Natural-born gift: bright. One of the most important quality I picked up was the
importance of both hard and smart work. Rapid learner and good in applying the learnt
concepts.

What do other people see as your strengths?
Identified for working hard and being sincere towards work. Also often appreciated for
maintaining good relations with almost everyone around.
What values and ethics set you apart from your peers?
Cannot leave any work unfinished. Totally committed, wouldnt let the quality of work get
affected due to time constrains.

Taking initiatives especially in a group activity

Initiating a conversation is one of the most difficult things for me.

Also I am initially afraid of changes in life, however I have observed that I also adapt
quickly.

Opportunities
Studying at IIT Delhi, hence a wide variety of opportunities available.
Both career specific as well as extra-currriculars.
A lot of fests, hostel activities, etc. to involve in and learn.
Also a decent number of companies for internship. Applying abroad, brand name
helps.

Threats

Too much competition in college (competing with the best students in the country)
Not much demand for Chemical Industry, only a few core companies come to recruit.
Weaknesses pose a big threat. (especially in placement interviews)
Still not sure what to take up after graduating.
