BASIC RULES

1.ThismethodissuitedfortheM15Timeframe.

1b.(Theheartofthismethodistotradewiththeflowofthemarketandtotradefromswingtoswingwhenwe
haveallcriteriagivingconfirmation.)

2.Beforeenteringanytrades;checkthenews.Donottradeifwithin30minutesofthefirstnewsannouncement
oftheday.Ifinatradealready;eitherexitortightenstopLoss.

2b.Checkthetrendtoknowwhichdirectionthebigswingswillbein.

3.Optional:UseFractals&S/Rindicatortovisuallyseeandmeasureswings.

4.PlacetheTokyoChannelonchart(usingeitherasessionsindicatororbymanuallydrawingachannelfrom
22:00GMTto05:00GMT).

4b.Donottradeuntilaminimumofatleast40pipsofmovementwitharetracetoafiblevelhasbeenestablished
(fromthebeginningoftheTokyoChannel).Onceaminimumof40pipshasbeenmet,welookforabreakof
consolidationtoenteratrade.(TheTokyoChannelwillactasS/Rfortherestofthedayaspricemovestoand
fromtheselevels.IftheTokyoChannelislessthan40pipsdon'ttradethepairuntilitis.

5.Swingsshouldaverage20to40pipsormoreonthe15minuteTF.(Ideallyswingscanaverage3060pips).

6.Tradeoutofconsolidation.Consolidationis2ormorecandlesinagivenareawithgenerallythesameprice
pointhi/low.Alwaystradeoutofconsolidationandawayfromthemostrecentswing.Whenthereisgoingtobea
reversal,therewill(usually)beanewcolorcandle.EnteronthebreakofthesecondcandleifStocharein
agreement.

7.EnterorExitonbignumbers(shoottosetTPat2or3levelsofBNsbeyondwhereyouentered).

Thesenumbersare(orcanbe)bothyourtargetlevelsandentrylevels.WhenyouuseBNsorMidRangenumbers
asanentry,youshouldalwayshavetheStochinagreementwithyourtradedirection.Becausethemarkethas2
basicformsofmovement;Trending,orChanneling,youmustknowhowtotradeineachtypeofmarket.Youcan
useBNentriesineither.

8.Whenyouhavealosingtrade:Reenteronthenextswingdoublingyourlotsize.Ifyoulosethesecondtrade
gobacktonormallotsize.
