To Whom It May Concern,

Over the course of the last semester, Ive had the pleasure of working with Mia Lepp, who
served as The Collegiate Merchandising Associations Head of Public Relations. Mia first joined
CMA about a two years ago, and immediately upon her joining the organization, I knew she
would be an integral part of the revamping of the club. She proved her dedication to the
organization in by attending meetings, socials, representing Florida State University on industry
related trips & during her time as Creative Director for our daughter organization, Clutch
Magazine. Her creativity, style, personableness, skill set, willingness and fresh take exceeded
expectations and landed her a role as Head of Public Relations.
As President and a member of the organization for the last 4 years, I knew that Mia would be an
essential part of our team. She maintained a consistent work ethic and produced content that
target our mainly female audience. Mia has surpassed every goal set for her with flying colors.
Under Mias leadership thus far, in Spring 2016 CMA had its most successful semester yet both
in meetings & virtually. This semester was a building semester for CMA, and across all of our
outlets she has assisted in gaining 500+ new followers across all of our outlets- Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram & Pinterest. She seamlessly set up a social media schedule & oversaw a
team of 3 officers as well as created a new brand personality for our organization. Mia
effortlessly helped the transition by growing and maintaining relationships with retailers,
members & university faculty. Mia made it a goal to advance CMA and make a name for it on
campus integrating the organization into everything she could. She picked up slack wherever
she saw it, regardless of if it fell under her job title always going above and beyond. Her style,
both professional and personally is fluid and honest- all representing who she is as an
individual. It was an honor watching her grow and flourish into a role model for our 200+
registered members.
The Collegiate Merchandising Association would not have had such a successful semester,
without Mias dedication. Even when faced with challenging situations, Mias passion for CMA
continued to shine- which is a quality extremely rare to come by in college-aged students. Mia
understands CMAs mission and values and I am confident she will prove the same to you for
your own organization. Anyone would be lucky to have her in their office. I am excited to see
where she will take her talents post graduation!

Sincerely,
