    Dear Parents/Guardians:
    Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year. Book fee amounts for this year are as follows:
    Kindergarten
    $95.00
    Grades 1 & 2
    $115.00
    Grades 3, 4 & 5
    $140.00
    iPad insurance for all grades

    $40.00

    iPad insurance must be paid in full to the school office no later than August 31, 2016. If
    you are unable to pay by this date please consider a payment plan.
    Textbook fees are due by September 30, 2016. If you are unable to pay in full by this
    date, please consider a payment plan. If account is not paid in full or payment plan in
    place by August 31st, your account will be turned over to a third party collection agency.
    All payment plans must be set up at our corporation office. Our corporation office is
    located at 5327 N. Cougar Road.

    If you feel you qualify for textbook assistance please contact Tammy Watkins, NPUSC
    Food Service Director at 574-654-0401.
