It's a Magic Square!

Objective
To make a magic square using the concept on evaluating algebraic
expressions.
A square array of numbers is a magic square if the sum of the
numbers in a row, in a column, and in a diagonal are the same. This
special sum is called the magic constant.
Make 3 x 3 magic squares by using the expressions in the square below and
assigning values to x, y and z; then determine the value of each
expression.
