As a result of the investigation of the disappearance of Tonya

Paige Cockrell, Ms. Cockrell was located Monday evening at a
nearby residence in the Summertree Subdivision.

The

investigation revealed she had manipulated an elderly resident

into letting her stay at the nearby home knowing that her
whereabouts were being sought by law enforcement.

Ms. Cockrell

was charged with one count of Disorderly Conduct Disobeying a

Police Officer.

Ms. Cockrell is at the Madison County Detention

Center awaiting an appearance before Madison Municipal Court at

4:30 PM today.
