1. CODE OF CONDUCT
We (Vegotex Int N.V. and all its related partners & subsidiaries, hereinafter
Vegotex) buy our products based on fair business, social accountability and
social compliancy. Our membership with BSCI & SEDEX helps us in monitoring
our production units all over the world. Every factory and subcontract factory that
produces for Vegotex will have to recognize the importance and necessity of social
accountability and social compliancy in such a way that they will have to comply
within given time frame to the BSCI standards.

The acceptance of this code of conduct with all necessary changes within agreed
time frames in order to comply with the code of conduct is a minimum
requirement to become a new supplier/vendor/factory of Vegotex. As such a dated,
originally signed and stamped copy of this code of conduct is needed, mentioning
Fully read, understood and agreed. This engagement will be monitored by
independent audits both announced and unannounced. Every single season the
compliancy towards the code of conduct will be assessed.

Seams, trims and labels information cant be damaged or affected, no visible
self staining, no puckering on seams, no opening seams, no holes, no pilling,
no fusing. Shrinkage within acceptable maximum limits
Suggestion:
1. for childrens wear with requinces, diamonties, bead, 3-D application: wash
5 times/toddler, 3 times/Juveniles to make sure that the components will not
fall apart/off
2. for the garments with coating of pigment printed, wash 3-5 times to make
usre coating or printing will not fall apart of delaminate

3. CHEMICAL REQUIREMENTS
The supplier will ensure during production process that following substances are not
used. He is responsible for the controlling and guaranteeing that these substances are
not present in our RMG.

Suggestion:
To add Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APEO)
All goods must be 100% compliant to Reach regulation EC 1907-2006. As such it is
strictly forbidden to have more than 0,1% per component (on each element of the
product) of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC).

4. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
a. All childrens clothing shall be compliant to safety regulations
as per EN 14682 & NPR-CEN/TR 16446(en)
b. Sandblasting techniques are strictly forbidden due to harmful
consequences for workers
