development activity.

Skills certification to school dropouts, workers, ITI graduates, etc. to
improve their employability
We provide Third Party Certifications for candidates getting trained
under various skills development initiatives by the Corporate doing
CSR, Government of India and support NSDC/Sector Skill Councils.

Technology
Navriti has developed innovative assessment tools and systems for
better execution, scale and reach of the assessments.
A unique tablet based video assessment has been developed which is
proposed to be used in all the assessments.
The entire project would be managed by a cloud based Project
Management System.

Team
Navriti Management Team comprises of seasoned professionals with
rich experience in assessment design, development and delivery.
Navriti has a expert team for occupational assessments, which
comprises of Subject Matter Experts, Content Creators, Assessment
Designers and Field Assessors.
Navriti has empanelled more than 450+ assessors across India. All the
assessors possess considerable hands on experience and domain
knowledge. They are trained on all the processes, tools and systems of
Navriti.

Objectives of RPL Assessment:


The objectives of Recognition of Prior Learning are primarily three-fold:

standardized National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF),
To enhance the career opportunities of an individual
To provide opportunities for reducing inequalities if any.

Step 1 Registration
Organisation / Client to assist in on-ground mobilisation of potential
candidates to RPL. Navriti will identify job roles in which RPL can be
conducted.
Step 2 - Counselling & Pre-Screening
Candidates shall be counselled by Navriti team in the following areas:
How will Skill Certification according to NSQF help in transforming the

work life.
Navriti team will conduct a robust and thorough pre-screening of the
candidates to ascertain which job role matches with their prior
knowledge and experience most and to identify knowledge gaps, if any.
Step 3 - Orientation :
1. Domain Training (clarifying any doubts/gaps a candidate may have
with respect to Job Role including the topic of Health and Safety)
2. Soft Skills and other Tips specific to the Job Role
3. Familiarization with Assessment Process and Terms
Step 4 - Final Assessment
Candidates will undergo theory & practical assessment specified to
their job roles by an approved assessor.
Step 5 - Certification
Candidate passing criteria will be decided based on the NSQF Level
framework & Certified candidates will receive a Grade (A/B/C) on their
Skill Certificates.
The successful candidates would be awarded the joint certificate by
Navriti & the client.

Commercials:
Rs. 1500/- per candidate assessed plus taxes as applicable.
