I understand that, during the background verification process or at any time
thereafter, if it comes to the knowledge of Synechron that there has been a
breach/violation of this undertaking or a misrepresentation with regards to the
information or the documents it would result into disciplinary action against me
including but not limited to termination of employment with immediate effect/ fine/
penalty.
